Coach & Mentor

Emma has worked as an Executive Coach & Mentor to public and private sector organisations for 20 years. Alongside her consultancy work through Advanced Coaching Academy, she has held Director roles and supported organisations at the coal face of Leadership Development.  In the last six years Emma has supported Acute Hospitals, Mental Health Trusts and private boards as well as Individuals as a Leadership specialist, Executive Coach, Mentor, Supervisor and Trainer. 

 

Emma’s approach is solution focused, compassionate, open, and enthusiastic.  Her clients have described their development with her as transformational and inspiring, focused on enabling others to reach their full potential. Her style is facilitative and fun. Emma offers an insightful approach to working with leaders bringing human psychology and business acumen. Unafraid to approach difficult scenarios with compassion and challenge, Emma believes that empowerment and understanding self within the systemic culture lies at the heart of leadership development.

Her experience covers management and leadership development, team development, team & individual coaching, Action Learning Set Facilitator training (and running Action Learning Sets), Solution Focused Therapy and Resilience Training, Influencing skills and Introductions to Neuro linguist programming.

Emma has delivered several highly successful management and leadership development programmes from ‘first line Manager’ level through to senior and executive development.

She has supported HR departments in designing recruitment strategy and selection process and quality assurance. 

She has supported OD and leaders’ development of culture change, systemic team and individual development and acquisition strategy.
