Aloise is an experienced Accredited Association of Coaching Member that has over 7 years experience with CSuite individuals and top performers as an Empowerment Coach. 

 

She has a twenty year history and background in Recruiting and is able to take that experience and use it to coach top performers and top billers in recruitment. 

 

She has a strong background in Transformational Leadership space having had an online community of students that she taught for four years teaching workshops, courses and programmes.

 

An experienced Recruiter and manager, previous owner of the Talent Finder Bureau, a boutique recruitment firm she was also a partner in an HR Firm Austen HR, a bespoke HR solution. She worked for Eden Brown for over 12 years as their top billing female consultant number two in the business and first female on the board. 

 

She's come through the ranks as a Consultant, Manager, Director, Board Director with over £4 million pounds in personal billings and ran a million-pound team and successful construction division.
