A Bit About Jo
With a 30-year career that bridges the worlds of business and personal transformation, Jo brings a unique blend of professional insight and human understanding to her coaching practice.
Jo began her career in the City of London, working for a global professional services firm specialising in professional negligence. After many years in that fast-paced environment, she was drawn to explore a deeper side of human experience — what drives us, what holds us back, and how we create lasting change. That led her to retrain as a counsellor in psychotherapeutic therapies and as a Psychology coach.
Over the past decade, Jo has worked in educational and charitable settings as well as in private practice, supporting clients through both personal and professional transitions. Jo's approach combines emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a genuine belief in people’s capacity for growth and personal impact.
Jo holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a dissertation that focused on overcoming resistance to change through emotionally intelligent leadership — a theme that continues to shape much of her work today.
Whether working with executives seeking greater self-awareness, individuals navigating change, or teams to create meaningful cohesion Jo's goal is to help people reconnect with their purpose, resilience, and authenticity.
